PROTECTIVE SECURITY

Corporate Security Officers

We have a team of extensively experienced security operatives who regularly provide proactive professional customer focused services for large and small corporate events throughout NSW, along with high profile public & gala events with media personalities , dignitaries and VIPS. Some of these events include the City of Sydney’s Mayors New Years Eve Ball at the Sydney Opera House, Corporate Functions at the Sydney State Sports Centre & year round Corporate Functions at the Sydney Town Hall.

Our staff are noted for their strong communications skills, immaculate presentation and their ability to deal with security issues quietly and with an absolute minimum of disruption to their environment.

Corporate Concierge

Our concierge staff are some of the finest in the business .One of our largest clients deploy EGroup concierge staff.and we continually receive high client satisfaction ratings on them.

We understand the importance of presentable and courteous front-line client service staff. This is why we go through a rigorous selection process and in training we conduct a series of role playing exercises to ensure our staff are equipped to handle the variety of situations they face on a daily basis.

Crowd Control and Events

We provide crowd control and event services for all of the NRL home games for the Wests Tigers, Newcastle Knights, Cronulla Sharks and the Manly Sea Eagles. For some games we provide in excess of 100 staff. We conduct and risk assessment for each event and continually update our Event Emergency Plan procedures.

We provide security for all the major events for the City of Sydney, such as the NYE celebrations on the foreshores of Sydney Harbour,, Chinese New Year and the Mardi Gras parade

Mobile Security Patrols

With a fleet of over 20 vehicles, we provide this important service throughout Sydney, Campbelltown and the Central Coast. We service commercial offices, schools, warehouses and retail businesses. We provide lock-up and unlock services, building patrols, both internal and external. We also tailor our services for clients who have specific needs – we are at your service.

Close Personal Protection

The photo’s above show our presence at the wedding of Rugby League star and Cronulla Sharks stalwart Jason Stevens.. The bride and groom wanted a private and low-key wedding and EGroup staff ensured Jason and his bride received the wedding they wanted. Other protection services we provide are less celebrity focussed but nonetheless receive the same client-focussed attention from our personal protection specialists..

Executive Protection Assessments

EGroup provide a professional range of security services to the NSW Department of Education & Training, We provide, patrol and Alarm Responses and Static Guard throughout NSW, we have 10 areas that we provide patrols for during the School Holiday periods and 2 areas, Northern Beaches and Campbelltown where we provide patrols and Alarm response services 24 hours a day. The contract only pays for alarm responses within specific criteria, of time, so experienced guards with local knowledge is an essential for productive management of the contract.
