This page and the next few pages outline our service approach.  You will notice that we havr included some diagrams based on a white board where we refer to ‘Sami always says...”  Our CEO regularly has motivational sessions with the staff on service and the importance he attaches to our clients.  Since it is now part of our culture, we thought it was worthwhile sharing a few of  these as we believe it helps clients to see where our passion for service is founded – at the top of our company!!

 

We have built our processes and procedures around servicing our clients. We understand that providing excellent client service is a journey not a one-time event.  Our goal is to consistently provide excellent service as we fully understand that a client’s decision to remain  with us or defect is the sum of many small encounters with the company.

 

We further understand that the characteristics of our market segments include many low cost providers where barriers to entry are low and the services are essentially commoditised. Therefore our strategy to differentiate is through a sincere passion in providing excellent client service and an uncompromising commitment to continuous improvement in our service delivery  We do this through the efforts of the dedicated people in our company who deliver this service to equally dedicated people – our clients.  That’s our business – we deliver service to people.
